Sometimes it was a group class. I’ve only ever had a max of 2 people in there with me. But for the most part I was alone with the instructor. She was a licensed speech therapist and tried her best to help me overcome it but it didn’t cure me. I think it helped a little because thinking back I don’t think I stuttered as much as I do now. Maybe I’ll see if my college offers speech therapy
