I don't think there's any general rule for this sort of thing. You can mention it if it comes up during the interview - like, if you stutter during. Or you could not. Depends on how you feel about it, I guess. I remember when I had the first interview for the job I have now, I stuttered a lot, but I didn't clarify it even once, since it seemed self-evident and not requiring an explanation.
