If you can say your name perfectly fine when alone, but it causes panic (and blocking) the second another person is involved, how is trauma not involved? PWS have a biological predisposition toward bumpy speech. Enough situations where you *perceived* you were being judged cause you to automatically assume, with no information, that many many other people are going to do the same. It’s bad enough that you can barely say your own name. And you still think people are judging you, even with barely any info toward that end.
