I remember your post from a while ago, and I tried to reach out to you but you never replied. I used to think like that, "I will just give up and live with my parents and be a jobless bum forever". But that's not the case, I actually have a really good career in software development and yes my stutter is fking annoying every day but it has not limited me in my career, I actually just got a promotion. Even though I stutter badly, I still say what's on my mind and I don't care what people think. Everyone on my team allows me time to speak and doesn't interrupt me. It has a far greater effect on my social life than it does on my professional life. I cannot get a word in edgeways in social settings; people just pretend I'm not there haha, but that's my next hurdle to overcome
