Masturbation or sexual activities are not unhealthy behaviours, unless they're extremely frequent. I understand that there's a connection to dopamine, but almost every activity in our daily life has a dopamine reaction. That said, I assume everyone have different experiences, but here's how it goes for me: * Lack of sleep: It can make me more lethargic and stutter less, or it can make me tense and stutter more. * Sexual activity: I (male) have done everything from no orgasms for weeks (with and without a chastity device), to masturbating 8 times a day, to participating in an orgy with 40 other people for 12 hours. I noticed no difference whatsoever. * Social media or video game consumption: Again, I had "not leaving home for days" level of consumption to "not being online for days", with no difference when it comes to stuttering. * Junk food: No difference. * Caffeine: No difference. * Alcohol: If I go above the level of 'tipsy' and actually get drunk, then my stuttering gets significantly better. If I get considerbaly drunk, it completely disappears. It goes back to normal after the drunkness is over. * Exercising: No difference. Note: I'm a mild to moderate stutterer.
