I know a good guy involved in the stuttering scene in Israel about this. However anyone named Dr. Fluency sounds like a scam doctor who doesn't know much about stuttering. Edit: I read some of the translated page and I can see it's based on the same fluency shaping programs we have here. I've actually been to Dr. Kroll's program in Toronto (on which this is based) and I won't say it doesn't work for anyone, but I know for the majority of people the effects are short lived.
