I am sure we all feel that way but that is what pushes me to try to do anything to overcome it. For me I found reading aloud everything that I can read is very helpful. In the book I am reading it says that your brain gets used to fluency and overwrites the habbit of stuttering. Since most people who stutter can talk to themselves and read perfectly fine, it's very helpful to do so. Then it's just a matter of time and controlling your emotions in stressful situations.
