You shouldn’t limit yourself just because of your stutter. I have a moderate to severe stutter and I work a job that involves a lot of interacting with customers face to face as well as a lot of speaking on the phone. Is it hard? Yes. It is very hard, but I try to not let my speech impediment dictate the trajectory of my career. Don’t just settle for a job because it is “easy” in regards to the amount of speaking you will have to do. To answer your other question, personally I never disclose that I have a stutter during interviews (even though it is super obvious) because I want to be treated and viewed the same as everyone else. But that decision is ultimately also up to you
