Do you experience extreme breathing difficulties due to stuttering as well?

Do you experience extreme breathing difficulties due to stuttering as well? My worst stutters happen when I've exhaled almost completely in an effort to finish sentences quickly before stuttering (or for bulldozing through tough words), and suddenly get a massive block because I've run out of air. This happens like half the time and worsens an already doomed sentence by magnitudes. Sometimes even my lungs hurt lol. Do you experience this or something similar as well?
