I have mentioned my self practice in another comment I've found three go-to techniques that have worked wonders when I hit a snag or kick off a word: 1. **Elongation**: This is my top pick for words starting with a vowel, like "organize," "elephant," "ant," "iPhone," or "urea." Stretching out that initial sound really helps. 2. **Light Contact**: For all the other letters and sounds it is a bit tricky and need tremendous amount of practice to achieve it While in the flow of speech 3 . **Flexible Rate**: This one's a game-changer. Picture this: "I live on planet Earth." To kick off, you start with an easy onset on 'I' for a smooth start. Then, you build momentum and glide through the rest. But here's the trick – don't rush. Give each syllable its moment, like " aaaaaaie l**iiii**ve on pl**aaaa**net E**aaaa**rth." as you gain experience you don't necessary have to extend syllable of all words only few. using this technique you will actually slow down you rate of speech and give enough rest to out mouth and tongue so you will face less and less blocks as you continue Combine these three, and I can vouch for it – you'll tackle about 90 percent of those pesky blocks. It's like your speech superhero trio right there.
