I said in my post that they are 'Desensitization', 'Stuttering modification' and 'Exposure'. Here is a good collection of cognitive therapy tools: [https://www.healthline.com/health/cbt-techniques](https://www.healthline.com/health/cbt-techniques) I'd say my stuttering is close to zero neurologically dominated(used comparison to conclude this)because during those months of 2020 when I was distracted from stuttering(I was thinking my stuttering was cured itself so that is why I was distracted) my stuttering was gone and I could talk extremely like as if I was a normal speaker.
