I think what really helped me was a psychiatrist + friends who listen and are patient with me. Also I accepted the fact that I stutter now (again thanks to the ppl I have around) Also idk my stutter always gets bad at the start of a school year and then it just fluctuating. So like every September I would visit a psychiatrist for like 6 months and then I would leave and again visit her at the start of the year But yea what ultimately helped was accepting myself (again thanks to my friends) but I understand u can't really choose the ppl around u. Before I started going to psychiatrist my stutter was really bad, reealllyy long pauses cuz u just could speak, repeating sounds frequently etc. Now I still do have blocks at the start of the sentences but the repeating turned into prolongation which isn't the best but I think I do sounds better and my speech is more fluent. Also wanted to add one thing is.. The problem with my family was no one would listen to me cuz their parents didn't listen to them etc.(I don't blame them, they grew up like this) so I just rly needed someone to listen
