There isn't a known cure yet. The only FDA pending drug being developed that I'm aware of is one by Gerald Maguire M.D. Sometimes it goes away on it's own for some people or the severity diminished as you get older or into your late 20s or early thirties. At least that's been the case with me and some other anecdotes on this subreddit. Of course there's cases where the severity of your stutter doesn't ever really diminish. A combination of CBT and block modification techniques have been known to help though. Some of which are talked about on this channel: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3xzBeV-pMA](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N3xzBeV-pMA) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Wvf5\_d4qU](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Wvf5_d4qU) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WUlnRKypNo](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7WUlnRKypNo)
