I hate when this happens, can have periods of fluency and then suddenly it gets worse. Are you doing any kind of resistance training? And do you keep an eye on your diet? Heavy resistance training is really good for me personally, it clears my mind and calms me the fuck down. Also diet makes a big difference. Eating carb heavy meals can make me feel down, tired and impacts my speech negatively. So maybe try going to the gym or running or whatever works for you. And also try intermittent fasting, another good way of keeping your mind light and fresh. In the end though what works best for me is to just jump into conversations with people, and when I feel things are going better, I get happier mentally and my speech improves. But the stuff I wrote above can be a good start to get you going. Good luck <3
