This is an interesting point. I don't recall going through a particular fluency system in speech therapy, but some of those techniques probably laid down the foundations for some of the other techniques I discovered later on. I tend to remember the most powerful ones the most and may forget how important some of those early ones were. My level of fluency is certainly a very complex combination of techniques and psychological transformation.
