Yea, sounds like you stutter is pretty mild - and stuttering in itself isn't a bad thing. The thing is a lot of people who stutter develop a lot of avoidance of speaking situations and it ends up adding a lot of anxiety to their lives. As long as you are living happily, I wouldn't worry too much about speaking perfectly - although it can be a goal if you want it to be. If you want to stop your secondary behaviors refer to the book I mentioned, as it gives a lot of good tips on how to do so.
