Can’t even order food

Can’t even order food I’m trying to order food for my family, I kept on blocking on the phone, so I asked my brother to call for me he denied, I asked my mom and she denied because she thinks she will get it wrong. I just felt so helpless and useless, I wanted to cry but I want to keep trying, even if the person hangs on me I’ll keep on trying I won’t quit
