I can't find any information on this program anywhere else. If it's so effective, people would be talking about it. There are a lot of BS programs like this online and this is probably a scam too. Anything that promises to cure your stuttering is probably BS. I recommend finding a good speech therapist in your area who specializes in stuttering. They typically work on both the psychological aspect that you're having trouble with and techniques that make blocks less severe.
