Are you aware of the National Stuttering Association? I would go to [westutter.org](https://westutter.org) to see if there might be a local chapter near you. Some chapters also do virtual meetings. I would encourage you to fellowship with likeminded people who also stutter so you can have a support-system if that's what you need.
