Corporate desk jockey here. Not accountant, but at some level we're all the same. I can't really tell what your question is. If it's about judgement, yeah, everyone judges everyone. Stutter or not. You will want a thicker skin, even though the ''being your whole self to work'' thing is taking over. You want a thicker skin because people aren't going to find you dependable and trustable if you get pushed and pulled by a little anxiety or criticism. If it's about not being able to perform your job, then only you can solve that. If you're not doing daily work to improve your speech, you're going carry that anxiety forever. But you probably already know that deep down. So what is really your question about work?
