You can go back and watch countless hours of Senate film, campaigning, his multiple Presidential runs, etc and be *really* hard-pressed to find any stuttering He has been experiencing a significant cognitive decline for over at *least* five years now and his family, and this Administration, have been systematically covering it up. I'm glad he chose not to run--the man needs to be in an assisted-living setting receiving care
