Group Home Administrator. Supervising Agency residents, Facility Staff, constant communication with therapists, psychiatrists, Social Workers, Attorneys, Parents, Licensing and I mentor the kids. Everyone knows I'm a stutterer - but I do what I gotta do. If they bring it up, I acknowledge it and move on - "Yeah, so anyway...." Making phone calls (which are often) are still scary to me. So I email quite often.
