I'm not a flight attendant, so won't even try to offer any advice regarding that career, however, there are two things that come to mind: 1. You're too young to give up, so get that idea out of your head. 2. If crowds are an issue, then get in front of a crowd as much as you reasonably can & don't beat yourself up if it doesn't go as well as you'd like. Keep at it bud. It's hard, but you'll never get there if you quit on yourself.
