I don't know who you are, but I love you. That's the thing about the human condition; there's so much hatred and hardship and sadness, but there's also always love and hope and people who care about you. You're a good person with a good heart and a beautiful life ahead of you. Never let the negative thoughts in your head convince you otherwise. You don't have to believe everything you think. Depression is a sneaky thing. It convinces you that all of these bad thoughts are real. They're not. And you can learn to break out of them! When you catch yourself in the negative thought cycles, take a few deep breaths and remind yourself - like literally out loud - "I love myself, despite my flaws, and I deserve a happy life just like everyone else." And by the way, it does get easier - the whole 'accepting yourself for who you are and even learning to love it' thing. You will have bad days where it all seems like too much to handle, but good days come too. Live for the good days, fight through the bad ones. Don't give up and remember you always have people to talk to here. We're here to support you on the worst days and cheer you on during the good days. You got this.
