Do they know you stutter? I know nothing about the situation, but its entirely possible that you're making a much bigger deal of it than they are. There's only one way to get better at talking to people (of all kinds), and that's stupid, stubborn practice. Or, if you prefer.... Dating at work is a terrible idea. It sounds awesome (and it is at first), but it's a recipe for drama and acrimony at the same place where you make your living. Take every single one of those attractive women at work and put them firmly in the "not dating never" box. No chance. Nada. Not going to happen. Look for love elsewhere. Now, maybe this takes the pressure off, or maybe it doesn't. As I said... I know nothing about you or the situation, but perhaps you can make some headway (speech-wise) without the worry of trying to get someone to like you. Also, do other things to take care of yourself. Do you exercise regularly? Do you eat right? Do you get enough sleep? Doing things to take care of your body won't solve your stuttering, but it's a much more pleasant headspace to be in while you stutter (and my speech is always better when I'm taking care of myself)..
