I love that you mentioned the iceberg analogy! Did you think of that yourself or hear it from somewhere? It was mentioned in the podcast I finished yesterday. This is great advice, thank you! I think I’m mostly nervous about the counseling piece. It feels so out of my element! I’m used to direct therapy - fixing or teaching new skills. But I don’t want to use that same approach with fluency as I feel like it deals a lot more with acceptance. I also don’t want to be the therapist a student loathes when they grow up. Lol
