We've all been there. What changed for me was when i decided that it wasn't going to let it stop me. Theres no magic pill. So don't wait to suddenly wake up and find its gone. You've got to make the best of what you've got. Decide what you really want to do and do it. But you say i can't. I've got a speech impediment. So what, do it anyway. Also, stop focusing so much on yourself. Be a good listener and focus more on others.
