Try "sneaking in" a letter you don't stutter with, before the word you stutter with. For example instead of saying David, try saying sDavid, or zDavid. Just the fact you are able to start the word, even with a wrong letter, makes the rest of the word come more fluiedly. It's a big stupid but ultimately people wouldn't really care that you said the word wrong. Hope this little trick helps.
