Stuttering for me comes when I'm anxious or when I think about the exact words I want to say. For anxiety, a therapist can help, reducing the stress will reduce stuttering and slow down the recursive idea of stuttering because of stress and stress because of stuttering. For saying exact words, don't think too much of what you will say and the moment you sense a stutter is coming change the word to a synonym and make your speech more free-style like. regarding the idea of not thinking about the exact words, im sure there is a way to just think about the thoughts you want to say in a timeline as a list of pullet points, then you just iterate over that list and translate these thoughts online to words, this way you dont think about the exact words while retaining your idea flow. Overtime you will find in your mind a representation of ideas that resemple what you want that are close the words you want yet not limited to a single word you block on.
