For me it wasn't that bad until the stress from work kick in, so I decided to go with pills now I'm trying Xanax, 3 days (definitely to early to a real diagnosis) so far it's not like I get blocks here and there but it's a ~10% blocks reduction for me, like a said it's been 3 days no dizziness or side effects so far.
