I feel this. My friends work for a really good financial firm and suggested that I applied because I would be really good at it. Did a video interview, and made it to the phone interview where my speech got the best of me in the beginning. I didn’t get the job, despite how qualified I was. Needless to say, I found another job that I really like, and despite the fact that it’s not the job that I wanted originally, I’m happy that my speech isn’t an issue here. Try again, or try something else! It’s not a complete loss
