The stress is the hardest part. Letting go of that fear takes time and exposure. Work at your own pace. It's nice you have a family support that allows you to take your time integrating into the workforce. I have anxiety too, less and less about my stutter these days and I take an herbal supplement to curb my anxiety response. I don't think it will help everyone, but it's helpful for me since I've been trying to stay away from mood stabilizers until I absolutely need them. I've always been the type of person to jump into situations without thinking of the consequences. That's bad and good. But mostly, I hated not having money.
