I know that I shouldn’t let it hold me back, but in reality, most jobs in my field require fluent speech. So if someone doesn’t hire me because they’re looking for a fluent employee, they are not discriminating against me, I’m just not who they’re looking for. I know better than to blame people just to feel satisfied.
