I can. I learned some wonderful habits that enabled me to drastically reduce my severe/silent blocks and avoidance behaviors for months/years. However, after a stressful episode or illness, my blocks return. Remembering to practice my helpful habits leads quickly to reduced blocking and smoother speech.
