I see, I suppose I am just really hyperfocused on those that take his speech as an example of him being "senile". I'm fully neutral on Biden as president, as I don't even live in the US; but I guess I'm just too young to fully shake the feeling I get when I see people laugh at a thing they can't even fully grasp.
