I haven't read that book but I'm going to get it. The book that I have applied every day is the "5 Second Rule" by Mel Robbins. I learned from her book how to turn my anxiety and fear into EXCITEMENT ! Plus, for every speaking action I take, I count backwards. I really recommend this book for PWS.
