What should I do for a job in high school?

What should I do for a job in high school? Most kids my age have some type of job in retail or in a restaurant. I would like to have a job in order to save up money for college, but I think having a job where you are constantly talking to strangers would give me really high anxiety. What kind of job did you have when you were in school?
