I work in a call centre and I'm constantly drinking a litre of water every maybe 2 hours or so but still feel would have a dry throat or a dry mouth but not feel thirsty. Would that also help ? It's worth a shot I guess and hopefully it can help. I'd be pretty pissed if all these years of stuttering was due to not having electrolytes, or however it works, I truly have no idea.
