I don't have much advice, but I gave a best man speech at a wedding about 5 years ago. I only tripped up on one word, and it wasn't even that bad. I took my time and spoke slower (which I know is annoying/naive advice for a stutterer) but that's all I've got for you, unfortunately. Just know that stutterers have given speeches before and it has gone really well. You can do it too!
