The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) people came to my school (In Australia) when I was 18 (these people basically give disabled people a pension type thing), I thought I'd ask them if I qualified, they said stuttering was classed as a "life-long disability" so I wonder if I could get paid by them if I asked lol
