I am so sorry OP. If it makes you feel any better, mine has been worse recently too and i relate 100% to how you’re feeling. Something that has helped me is looking up “vocal exercises” on YouTube… like the ones actors do. I can’t explain it, but it does help for some reason. Also- there is a new medication you can take which can help your stutter, depending on how bad it is. It’s an antipsychotic, so it might have certain side effects but i have heard it works especially if you have a severe stutter.
