I’m definitely not a healthcare professional and I’m only speaking about myself. Tried mouthpieces, breathing exercises, speaking in a figure eight ……. You know. But as I mentioned earlier I could always talk to my dog or people I was comfortable with. A lot of people are anti-meds, and they’ll let you know, but for me it was blessing. Been taking it for a few years so I’ll assume it’s not some temporary placebo effect. Doesn’t make me feel loopy or tired. Wish I had taken it years ago as my friend/doctor strongly suggested. And best of all, because I’m pathologically cheap, it’s available as a generic :). I don’t want to say it’s 100 % fixed but conservatively I’d say 85%.
