I think less struggling and forceful stuttering, which I think of as blocking, is definitely hard to undo but it's made the biggest change in my life. It's kind of like getting to the root or pure stutter--just being stuck without tension or fighting. It's hard to do that because for years pushing was the natural reaction. But, for me, it's been def worth it.
