Some of my "tricks": \- Handsfree. Either Bluethooth or wire, doesn't matter as long as you have both your hands free to fidget with something. Draw doodles, make shapes with a wire, play with a fidget spinner... anything really. \- Taking a drive (Handsfree again, preferrably BT). I've noticed that I stutter a looot less when I'm driving, since my mind is occupied with driving. \- If Zoom/Teams Calls, watch myself on the video. It sounds WEIRD but that actually has helped me a lot. \- Smile and do a slight/small laugh - especially if I get stuck somewhere. That shows my audience that I'm comfortable with having trouble speaking, which in turn makes them comfortable with ME struggling which again, ironically enough, often leads to me struggling less.
