I agree that stuttering shouldnt effect getting respectes as a leader or taking a leader role But its just a fact that a loot of people heae someone stutter and immediatly look at them as worth less or dont take that person as serious anymore As someone who stutters strongely, if your in a team with such a person, i dont think theres anyways around this unless you magically stop stuttering
