Honestly I’m less bothered by it now, but it still sucks. As far as strategies, I just accept that at some point I’m gonna stutter while I’m on the phone. Sometimes my fluency rocks, and other times it’s hard to get my name out. I think something for me just clicked because I’m an adult now and I can’t run away from those dreaded phone calls
