I've been sharing the same advice quite a bit lately. YouTube search "Camus Sisyphus" then watch a few videos. It's a base philosophy I've adopted having had a severe stutter through childhood and thyroid cancer in my 30s, now 41. I did elocution, speech therapy, counselling, theatre studies then did a degree in Drama. I spent years tunnelling the problem you are talking about other people. I am a firm believer in Camus' philosophy and feel we all can benefit from it. I hope you find peace of mind in life and as Camus says there's no tragedy in beginning again, as long as you begin again.
