I also don't know where to start and I've been super depressed lately because of it. Just a thought I had lately, I think dealing with my social anxiety may be more helpful thant I think it would be. I realize my "fear" of stuttering, like the constant fear that it can just get bad right here right now, is not that different from just my general fear of getting "ridiculed" or rejected, therefore, in many ways, maybe if I fix my social anxiety first, it could sincerely help my stuttering. But, not sure yet, those counseling sessions are fucking pricey.
