My only recommendation is to get in first with your name, introduce yourself before you're asked. That way you have control of the situation. It's being asked and prompted that causes the anxiety and subsequent stutter And if you say your name a few times to people before being eventually asked you may build a coincidence that will help ease the anxiety when you are asked.
