I was looking into this last night funnily. Found it on someone’s post. I was curious as well cos I’ve tried diaphragm breathing through the Maguire program and it’s pretty much the same technique.. it’s abit wierd tho how they are so certain about results, you can never really call anything a ‘cure’ so I’d love to hear people that have fully ‘recovered’ 5+ years after doing the Del Ferro method as hard evidence cos I just don’t believe it tbh
